Complaint Department

Here's the thing, we don't really have a "complaint department." It isn't that we don't want to hear from you, but the Board of Directors are volunteers that take the time to ensure that everyone in our community is continuing to honor the covenants under which we all agreed to live. Some people don't like the fact that our community is a Homeowners Association, but it is. Some people forget that there are rules and regulations and do things without thinking about the CC&Rs and that what they do may be in violation of them. Violating the CC&Rs can cost you money (see the Fine Schedule for more info). Some people think that the Association can govern more than it can, like barking dogs, parking, etc. As stated above, the Board of Directors are your neighbors who volunteer to help run the association. Without their help, we would have to hire a private company to do what they do which would cost each homeowner about $150 more a year in association dues - not $150, but $150 more than we pay now. Most of the board members have full time jobs, families, and hobies, but they make the time to attend meetings, supervise our landscaping company, type up meeting minutes, pay the bills and account for every cent, approve RPA's, and even pull weeds in the open spaces. So, before you file a complaint please review the Covenants and then try to take care of the problem yourself. We also encourage you to come to a board meeting.
