The powers and duties of the Architectural Control Committee (“ACC”) are conferred upon it by Article V [sic] of the covenants, which states:

No building, fence, wall or other structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained upon the Properties, nor shall any exterior addition to or change or alteration therein be made until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in

writing as toharmony of external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography by the Board of Directors of the Association, or by an architectural committee composed of three (3) or more representatives appointed by the Board.  In the event said Board, or its designate committee, fails to approve or disapprove such design and location within thirty (30) days after said plans and specification have been submitted to it, approval will not be required and this Article will be deemed to have been fully complied with.

All Homeowners - Please Keep Our Sidewalks Clear and Your Property Maintained
The Board and your neighbors would like to thank everyone who diligently works to keep their property maintained and well-kept year round. Your efforts keep our home values up and makes the Seasons a more desirable place to live. Some reminders:

  • Full access to the entire sidewalk width is required. This includes anything that encroaches on pedestrian use of our sidewalks. Keep all vegetation clear of the sidewalks. This includes plantings between the street and the sidewalk. Except for overhead tree limbs, vegetation should not overhang the sidewalks. Trees should be pruned so that a pedestrian does not have to duck when walking the sidewalk.
  • Make sure that trailers are not parked in front of your property or on your property so that they are largely visible from the front of the home. Any vehicle that is considered abandoned should be removed from your property unless you are actively working on it.
  • Remember that any repairs or additions to home exteriors, painting, outbuildings, or fences, and tree removal, and grading changes must first be approved by the Season HOA Architectural Control Committee. Landlords are responsible for ensuring their property is maintained and in compliance with all the Season's Covenants.
  • Maintain your property. Check your roof and remove any debris and excess moss. Inspect your paint and siding for chipping, mold, and overall paint and structural deterioration. Lawns are expected to be mowed frequently enough to keep them close to the ground and not look overgrown. Keep weeds out of your planting and flower beds that are visible from the street. Maintain your fences.
  • When on walks, pick up after your dog and follow all traffic regulations, especially speeding.
